Balakrishna, a TDP legislator from Hindupuram, and his wife Vasundhara have launched a mobile hospital in the their constituency. NTR Arogya Ratham is the name of the mobile hospital. Speaking to a TV9 journalist, Vasundhara exuded confidence, saying that NTR Arogya Ratham will succeed in the same way that Anna Canteen did. According to her, the NTR Arogya Ratham initiative will analyse and test 200 different types of health conditions. She said that patients would be referred to corporate hospitals without having to pay any medical costs if any health complications were not resolved by this Ratham. In response to the issue of whether these measures are intended to sway voters ahead of the Assembly election, she responded that they are carrying out the goals of the late Chief Minister NTR, her father in law. In response to a different query, Balakrishna's wife claimed that she plays a minor role in the Arogya Ratham effort and gave all the credit
