Actress Alia Bhatt and actor Ranbir Kapoor are expecting their first child. Two months after she wed Ranbir, the actress revealed her pregnancy on Instagram in June. A part of the internet mocked Alia after she announced her pregnancy. While some users inquired as to whether she was expecting before her marriage, others made fun of the actress for choosing to become a mother so young in life. Alia Bhatt has now addressed her pregnancy and receiving online abuse for it in a news agency interview. 'I am young, yes, but why should that make a difference? Why does starting a family or having a kid have to affect my career? They are totally dissimilar from one another. Instead of paying any attention to the absurd things, I would like to continue leading by example and action,' Alia stated.
