The singer has responded today after being criticised by Annamayya's successors and other followers and demanding that the video be removed. She wrote an impassioned post about it on social media, saying, "I chose to remove the audio from the video out of respect and appreciation for Annamayya Garu himself." She has made it clear that it will still be available on her YouTube site, just with a different audio and with a message. "Things change when your perspective on them changes," the saying goes.
