The upcoming movie 19 (1)(a), starring stars Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menen, debuted its trailer on Friday, July 22. The trailer for the movie, which is titled after Article 19 of the Indian Constitution, which protects the right to free speech, depicts an intriguing tale of two writers. While Vijay Sethupathi's character appears to travel much for his job, Nithya's character appears to manage a xerox shop. The movie also stars Indrajith Sukumaran, Bagath Manuel, Srikant Murali, Indrans, and Deepak Parambol and is directed by first-timer Indhu VS. The movie, which is produced by Anto Joseph Film Company and Neeta Pinto under that company's umbrella, features music by 96 renowned musician Govind Vasantha. On July 29, 2022, the movie will receive a Direct OTT release via Disney+ Hotstar.
