MLA Raja Singh narrowly escapes from Amaranth Yatra tragedy

Uttarakhand: Bharatiya Janata Party Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh narrowly escaped from the major mishap that took place in Amarnath Yatra due to severe floods. According to the reports, MLA Raja Singh and his family visited the Amarnath cave and returned. The floods struck the cave after he was two km away from the cave.

Speaking to the media, Raja Singh got emotional and said that many people got stuck in the flood water. He further added that many people who sheltered in the tents on the premises were washed away in the flood water. It is known that around 13 people died and 40 were missed in the flood water.
