KT Rama Rao, Telangana's Information Technology and Industries Minister, has opened the Advance Auto Parts Global Capability Center in Kokapeta, Hyderabad. Minister KTR spoke at the event and remarked that Hyderabad has a lot of opportunity in the modern vehicle business. While congratulating America's largest automaker, the Minister stated that the company made the right decision and expressed confidence that it will continue to grow and recruit more talent. He believes that the prospects are vast, and that the automobile of today and tomorrow is essentially a computer on four wheels. He defended himself by claiming that the automobile will have a lot of electronics and software incorporated in it. Minister KTR remarked that as mobility evolves, a greater number of electronics and softwares would take centre stage in automobiles. He also stated that Telangana's mobility valley Hyderabad will be a one-stop shop, and named some outstanding partners who are developing with the state government's help.
