Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan has directed the Chief Secretary and the Director General of Police(DGP) to submit a report on the alleged gang r*pe of a 17-year-old girl in Hyderabad within two days. She stepped in after reading numerous media stories about an alleged gang rape of a minor girl in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. "Deeply saddened by this horrific occurrence, the Governor has directed that the Chief Secretary of CMO and the Director-General of Police submit a full report on the matter within two days," said a Raj Bhavan release on Sunday.
