The meeting between Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and former Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn in the United Kingdom has caused a new controversy, as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has been criticising Rahul Gandhi and the grand old party since the encounter. Jeremy is a known center-left leader who has made anti-India remarks in the past. The Indian Overseas Congress had already posted Gandhi's photo with Jeremy. The party in power has accused Rahul of consistently siding with anti-India and anti-Hindu activists. In response, the Congress posted an image of Prime Minister Modi with the same UK MP, asking the BJP if the PM agrees with Jeremy's views.
