Earlier on Monday, the Prime Minister began his two-day visit to Japan, where he will attend the Quad Leaders Summit with the goal of strengthening ties between the countries. The United States, Australia, India, and Japan are likely to meet to examine developments in the Indo-Pacific area. Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Modi spoke at the Indo-Pacific Summit and met with US Vice President Biden and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida. The meeting focused on how to rein in China's aggression and potential invasion on Taiwan. PM Modi also met with NRIs in Tokyo.
