Telangana Minister KTR stated that TRS has played a significant role in national politics. In an interview, the Telangana IT and Municipal Administration Minister stated that under CM KCR's eight-year administration, several of his initiatives influenced other states in terms of welfare programmes. KTR stated that the Telangana government's Rythu Bandhu initiative grew popular across the country, with more than 10 states replicating it.
