Kaleshwaram MD Arrested in Disproportionate Assets Case
Bhukya Hariram, Managing Director of Kaleshwaram Corporation, was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on allegations of possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income. The arrest followed a series of simultaneous searches conducted by ACB officials at 14 different locations in Hyderabad on Saturday.
During these raids, authorities reportedly uncovered substantial properties allegedly owned by Bhukya Hariram and his relatives. ACB officials stated that they found villas registered under his and his family members’ names in various parts of Hyderabad. Notable among these are residential properties in Srinagar Colony, Madhapur, and Narsingi.
Further, the investigation revealed that Bhukya Hariram had acquired commercial land in Amaravati and agricultural land in the Markook Mandal. According to ACB officials, he also owned a house in Srinagar Colony and a farmhouse with mango orchards in Bommalaramaram.
The ACB seized several valuable documents during the inspections, which are believed to be linked to these properties and will form part of the ongoing investigation.
