Minister Nara Lokesh Announces Free Entry for Morning Walkers at Mangalagiri Eco Park
Mangalagiri residents received good news from Minister Nara Lokesh, who announced free entry for morning walkers at the Eco Park. He stated that this decision was made in fulfillment of a promise given to walkers' groups during the election period. Lokesh shared this information via social media.

"During the election campaign, walkers' friends requested me to remove the entry fee for the Eco Park, and I made a commitment. Recently, I discussed this matter with forest officials. However, they clarified that the fee is collected solely for park maintenance and is part of a state-wide policy, making it impossible to remove," Lokesh explained.

Despite this, he decided to uphold his promise. "To honor my commitment, I have personally paid ₹5 lakh annually, which was the revenue generated from morning walkers at Mangalagiri Eco Park. Henceforth, Mangalagiri residents can walk in the Eco Park from 6 AM to 9 AM without any entry fee," he announced.
