SC Classification Draft Bill Approved by Telangana Cabinet

The Telangana Cabinet has approved the draft bill for the classification of Scheduled Castes (SCs). The decision was taken during a state Cabinet meeting presided over by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. The Chief Minister directed officials to refine the draft bill to ensure there are no legal complications before its finalization.

During the meeting, discussions were also held regarding the upcoming budget sessions and the bills to be introduced during those sessions. Additionally, the Cabinet reportedly deliberated on an endowment amendment bill related to the Yadagirigutta Temple Board, with a decision expected to follow.
