Jana Reddy and V. Hanumantha Rao Respond to Teenmar Mallanna’s Comments
Senior Congress leaders Jana Reddy and V. Hanumantha Rao have responded to the recent remarks made by MLC Teenmar Mallanna, who has been vocally critical of the Telangana government’s caste census. Mallanna, who was suspended from the Congress party, continues to strongly criticize Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.

Speaking to the media, Jana Reddy stated that making baseless allegations is unacceptable. He emphasized that he has a forgiving nature, even towards those who speak against him, and added that he does not take criticism personally. Jana Reddy clarified that he has distanced himself from active politics and only provides advice when consulted by those in governance. He also asserted that he has no role in the caste census issue.

Meanwhile, V. Hanumantha Rao stated that he has no connection with the controversy surrounding Teenmar Mallanna. He mentioned that the matter is being handled by the party leadership. Hanumantha Rao further stated that he has advised Congress’s Telangana affairs in-charge, Meenakshi Natarajan, to focus on strengthening the party.
