Vijaya Sai Reddy’s Resignation Accepted

Vijaya Sai Reddy’s resignation from his Rajya Sabha membership has been accepted by the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar. The resignation was approved promptly after Vijaya Sai Reddy submitted his letter in the Speaker format. Following this, the Rajya Sabha Secretariat issued an official bulletin confirming the development.

Speaking to the media after his resignation, Vijaya Sai Reddy stated that his decision was entirely based on personal reasons. He added that he would not discuss politics in the future and intended to stay away from political activities altogether. Emphasizing his integrity, he remarked, “Despite facing many difficulties, I never became a compromiser. I have no knowledge of backstabbing politics.”

Addressing allegations that he resigned to escape legal troubles, Vijaya Sai Reddy strongly refuted the claims. He stated, “I am not in a situation where I need to seek case waivers from anyone.”
