Saif Ali Khan's Surgery Sparks Doubts; Bengaluru Doctor Responds
Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan recently underwent surgery following injuries from knife wounds and was discharged after six days of hospitalization. A viral video showing Saif walking out of the hospital looking healthy has raised skepticism among the public. Many questioned how Saif could recover so quickly after a six-hour-long operation. Concerns were expressed about the possibility of such rapid recovery after a complex surgical procedure.

Bengaluru-based cardiologist Dr. Deepak Krishnamurthy addressed the doubts, criticizing those questioning the recovery. "Do they even understand spinal surgery?" he asked, adding that his 78-year-old mother had walked on the same day of her spinal surgery. Sharing a related video, Dr. Krishnamurthy pointed out that if his elderly mother could recover quickly, it is unsurprising for 54-year-old Saif to walk within a week of surgery. He also urged skeptical medical professionals to refer to medical literature on spinal surgeries before making assumptions.
