Kieron Pollard Creates History: Becomes Second Player in T20 Cricket to Hit 900 Sixes
West Indies former cricketer Kieron Pollard has reached another remarkable milestone in his illustrious career. Pollard became the second player in T20 cricket history to hit 900 sixes. Representing MI Emirates in the International League T20, Pollard showcased his power-hitting skills during a match against Desert Vipers on Thursday.

In the match held at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Pollard scored 36 runs off 23 balls, including two fours and three sixes. It was in the 19th over of the innings, bowled by Lockie Ferguson, that Pollard smashed a massive six, crossing the 900-sixes mark in T20 cricket.

This achievement places Pollard alongside another West Indies legend, Chris Gayle, who leads the chart with 1,056 sixes. Pollard began his T20 career in 2006 and has since played 690 matches, accumulating 901 sixes. Remarkably, all the top four players in the list of most sixes in T20 cricket are West Indies cricketers.
