Relief for BRS Chief KCR in High Court

Telangana High Court granted relief to former Chief Minister and BRS Chief KCR on Tuesday. In the 2011 Rail Roko case, the High Court imposed a stay on the proceedings against KCR. Notices were issued to the respondents, and the hearing was adjourned to the 18th of next month. 

KCR approached the High Court claiming he did not participate in the Rail Roko program and that a false case was filed against him. The court accepted this petition for hearing and granted temporary relief to KCR.
