CM Jagan, YS Sharmila pay tributes to YSR on his death anniversary

Kadapa, September 2: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Friday paid rich tributes to his father and former Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy at YSR Ghat in Idupulapaya Estate. Along with CM, his mother YS Vijayamma and sister YS Sharmila, who is YSR Telangana Party (YSRTP) president, and other family members including Jagan’s wife YS Bharathi offered tributes. He also participated in special prayers. 
 
Later, the CM held a review meeting with officials on various development programmes in Pulivendula Assembly constituency represented by him. On Friday morning, he posted a tweet remembering his father. “My government will serve people by taking inspiration from YSR,” he tweeted. 
 
On Thursday, Jagan Reddy inaugurated the integrated village secretariat, post office, bus shelters and overhead water tank constructed at Velpula village in Vemula mandal. YSRCP MLAs G Srikanth Reddy, M Sudheer Reddy, and Rachamallu Sivaprasad Reddy, Kadapa Mayor K Suresh Babu and officials were present.
