Naga Chaitanya's makeover video for Amir Khan's 'Lal Singh Chaddha' released
Hyderabad: Advait Chandan directed the movie 'Lal Singh Chaddha' with Aamir Khan in the lead role. It is known that the film is going to hit the screens on August 11. In this film, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya will be seen as Balaraju.
Recently, the team released a look related to Chai. Naga Chaitanya is making his Bollywood entry with this movie. This made the audience interested in Chai's role. But, according to everyone's expectations, Chai's role in 'Lal Singh Chadha' is going to be seen if you watch the special video released by the film team recently.
A making video has been released showing how Chai got a makeover for his role in this movie and how hard he worked on the shooting set. In this video, Aamir Khan, the director and other movie crew shower Chai with praises.
At the beginning of this video, Naga Chaitanya said, "When this story came to me, my character's name is Bala. I look like a young man from Bodipalem in AP who came to join the army. Most of the people have the village name attached to their surname as well. So, my name was Balaraju Bodipalem. This name was finalised by the entire film team, including Aamir sir. It is special that Balaraju is the name of our grandfather's movie with the same name,” he said.
“Also, I was very sad when the director said that the shooting of the movie was over. I forgot myself during the shooting days. I saw a new world. We enjoyed every moment,” he expressed happiness. Talking about working with Naga Chaitanya, Aamir said, “I am very happy to work with Chai.” Always works with the unit. He is ready to act anytime, in any situation, in any shot', he praised.
Director Advait Chandan said, “Chai is a very good actor. His dialogue delivery is amazing. Sometimes even Hindi actors are surprised by him uttering tough dialogues in a single shot. Chai is a very humble person," he said. While the rest of the crew said that it was a pleasure to work with an actor like Naga Chaitanya, who was a very good person. They said that he never gets bored and he has a lot of patience."
