Will give my response to ED notice on Monday: Casino dealer Chikoti Praveen
Talking to reporters here on Thursday, he mentioned that he will give response to ED’s notice on Monday. Praveen said organising casino in Goa and Nepal is legal.
When asked about hawala transactions, he stated that he would give reply to the ED not media. However, he did not respond to question as to whether the ED seized mobiles or laptops from his house.
The ED reportedly found that Praveen, Madhav Reddy and some more from Hyderabad have invited VIPs from India to casinos in Nepal, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Goa. Winners were paid through hawala transactions. The agency also probing role of film celebrities in attracting VIPs to casinos organised by Praveen and others. More details will emerge during the investigation.
