Secunderabad violence: Railway cops to arrest Sai Defence Academy director Subbarao

Hyderabad, June 23: The Railway police would be arresting Sai Defence Academy director Avula Subbarao after his role was established with evidence in violence unleashed by Army job aspirants at Secunderabad railway station.
 
The cops found that Subbarao came to Secunderabad with his followers on June 16 and stayed in a hotel near the railway station. The probe revealed that he met job seekers and instigated them to attack the railway station at a time on June 17. Even, he supplied masks to them so that their identity is not revealed. Subbarao escaped to Guntur soon after violence started at railway station. 
 
The police so far arrested 55 persons and were sent to judicial custody for setting railway coaches on fire and destroying property on platforms. The accused told police during the investigation that they heard Subbarao and his associate Siva were supporting protest when students of Sai Defence Academy were discussing among themselves.
