Bandi Sanjay condemns minor’s gang-rape, demands govt to disclose names of accused
Hyderabad: Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay reacted strongly to the gang-rape of a minor girl in a car in Hyderabad. He condemned the incident and alleged that one of the accused was a relative of the ruling party ally. Is Chief Minister KCR waiting for Owaisi’s permission to take action against those thugs? He said the latest incident revealed that women were not safe even in posh localities like Jubilee Hills. What is the use of CCTV cameras when they are not properly identifying the culprits? He questioned
"Why did the police not take action immediately after the incident? What was the reason for the delay? Who are they trying to save? The police should stop playing hide and seek and reveal the details of the culprits. Are they really minors or are they trying to cover up their details in this affair?" People need to know that, he said in a statement.
