Cong MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy to skip Rahul’s Warangal public meet

Hyderabad, May 6: Congress MLA from Munugode Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy to stay away from public meeting to be addressed by Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in Warangal on Friday. He was not happy with the party high command for not giving him CLP post.

Even, the MLA made remarks in support of the BJP. Rumours are rife that Rajagopal Reddy may join the BJP. While his brother and MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy is busy in mobilising people for Warangal meeting.

It all started when CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka reportedly did not support Rajagopal in Assembly during the budget session after he alleged that scam took place in Kaleshwaram Project. A heated argument also broke out between him and Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav. In April 2022, Rajagopal did not attend the meeting between Telangana Congress leaders and Rahul Gandhi. One has to wait and see as to whether the Congress will take any action against Rajagopal or not.
