Revealing two years back info now a sham, BJP MP Arvind slams MLC K. Kavitha

Nizamabad, May 5: Responding to comments made by TRS MLC K. Kavitha, Nizamabad BJP MP Dharmapuri Arvind has slammed her for revealing two years back information now in order to criticise him. He faulted her for saying that he could get Rs 1.92 crore for turmeric farmers from the Central government in the last three years.
 
The MP stated that the Centre had spent Rs 6 crore for organising interaction camps between turmeric farmers and scientists, and for supplying boilers, polishers, and tarpaulin sheets to turmeric farmers throughout Telangana state. “The MLC had provided information related to turmeric farmers of Nizamabad district only,” he mentioned.
 
Arvind flayed her for holding a press meet after a long gap without knowing facts. “Kavitha had secured seven-month-old information now. The Centre had presented two budgets with regard to farmers in the last eight months,” he said.
 
The BJP leader said that he will do whatever he can to turmeric farmers as a MP. “You do your best to turmeric farmers as a MLC,” he stated and added that people will decide next Nizamabad MP when we both contest in next elections.
