Harish Rao counters Oppn criticism of TRS hiring Prashant Kishor
Hyderabad, April 27: Finance Minister Harish Rao on Wednesday arrived to attend the TRS plenary at HICC here. Talking to reporters, he gave counter to the BJP and Congress over hiring services of election strategist Prashant Kishor. “The BJP and Congress have justified availing services of Prashant but criticising the TRS,” he slammed.
Rao stated that the Congress and BJP have no right to talk about Prashant extending support to the TRS for the next Assembly elections. “How much ever we take support from consultants, the people of the state will give verdict based on the performance of the KCR government,” he stated.
The minister alleged that the Modi government at Centre is replicating the TRS government’s welfare schemes throughout the country. “Telangana state is providing employment to people from 12 states,” he mentioned. Harish flayed the Centre’s statement of double engine growth in Uttar Pradesh when labourers from the same state are migrating to Telangana for work.
