Eluru district: Pawan Kalyan hands over financial aid to kin of deceased tenant farmers

Eluru, April 23: Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan on Saturday visited the house of tenant farmer Mallikarjuna, who committed suicide, at Vijayarai village in Pedavegi mandal in Eluru district, as part of his Koulu Rythu Bharosa Yatra. He consoled the family members of Mallikarjuna and handed over a cheque of Rs 1 lakh to wife of deceased. Pawan Kalyan has assured them of extended support whenever they required.
 
In the same mandal, the Jana Sena chief met kin of another tenant farmer in Janampeta village. Later, he addressed a public meeting at Chintalapudi in Eluru district. Earlier, Jana Sena leaders and workers in large number have welcomed Pawan Kalyan with a massive garland. 
 
As Jana Sena activists are following the vehicle of Pawan Kalyan, a car rammed into a bike at Duggirala. The man driving the two-wheeler suffered injuries. He was shifted to a nearby hospital. The Jana Sena leader had launched the Yatra in Anantapur district.
