1 lakh died due to air pollution in 8 Indian cities including Hyd: US & UK scientists
In the report, scientists have mentioned that level of Ammonia has increased to 12 per cent. In Bangladesh capital Dhaka alone, 25,000 people have died, the report said. Science Advances, an international journal, had published the findings of the study last week.
Scientists have collected the data using observation instruments on board of the NASA and European Space Agency satellites. They have expressed concern over increase in air pollution every year. “Air will deteriorate further across the globe in the coming decades,” they stated.
