NCP chief Sharad Pawar faults CM Jagan’s three-capital stand
“I am of the view that two capitals are not required for Maharashtra state. It is waste of money,” he told the JAC leaders. Pawar asked them as to how is it possible to have three capitals for a newly formed state. The NCP chief said that he will extend the support to Amaravati if the Parliament takes up debate on three capitals.
The JAC leaders also met senior Congress leader Koppula Raju and requested him to fix an appointment for them with Congress MP Rahul Gandhi. He assured the JAC leaders of arranging a meeting with Rahul.
