Three children killed in road accident in Vizianagaram district

Vizianagaram: Three children were killed when a two-wheeler collided with a school bus at Perumalla in Therlam mandal of Vizianagaram district on Tuesday. The accident took place while five persons belonging to Therlam mandal of Perumallla were going to Rajam Jatara on a bike. 

The deceased have been identified as Rushi (6), Siddhu (9) and Harsha (6). Another child was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. A pall of gloom was descended on the native place of the kids. The kith and kin of the deceased were seen weeping inconsolably.

The locals, who witnessed the accident, were shocked demanded action against those who were responsible for the accident. On receiving information, police rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies and the injured kid to the hospital.
