An aircraft narrowly escaped a major mishap at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. A Lufthansa Airlines flight made an emergency landing shortly after takeoff due to a technical malfunction. The incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday.

According to available details, a Lufthansa Airlines flight bound for Frankfurt, Germany, departed from Shamshabad Airport early Wednesday morning with 160 passengers on board. Shortly after the aircraft took off, the pilot detected a technical issue with the landing gear.

Upon identifying the problem, the pilot immediately alerted the Air Traffic Control (ATC) authorities. Responding promptly, the flight was rerouted back to Shamshabad Airport. It made an emergency landing and touched down safely.

Thanks to the successful landing, passengers, crew members, and airport officials breathed a sigh of relief.
