Oppo Launches New Smartphone with Striking Specs and Advanced Features

Leading smartphone manufacturer Oppo has launched a new 5G smartphone in the Indian market. Released under the name Oppo K13 5G, this model follows last year’s Oppo K12. The phone has been designed to attract consumers with a large battery capacity and high-speed charging.

A key highlight of the Oppo K13 5G is its powerful 7000mAh battery. The company stated that the device supports 80W fast charging, allowing it to charge from 0 to 62 percent in just 30 minutes, and reach a full 100 percent charge in 56 minutes.

The Oppo K13 5G features a 6.7-inch Full HD AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1200 nits. This display is designed to deliver an enhanced viewing experience. Additionally, it includes wet touch and glove mode functionalities, enabling users to operate the screen even with wet fingers or while wearing gloves. According to the company, the phone runs on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor and comes with the ColorOS 15 operating system, which is based on Android 15.

In terms of photography, the rear side is equipped with a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. For selfies, the device has a 16-megapixel front camera. Oppo has also integrated several AI-based camera features such as AI Clarity Enhancer, AI Reflection Remover, AI Unblur, and AI Eraser 2.0. Additional features include an IR remote control and dual stereo speakers. The device measures 8.45mm in thickness and weighs 208 grams.

Regarding pricing, Oppo has set the price for the 8GB RAM 128GB storage variant at ₹17,999, and the 8GB RAM 256GB storage variant at ₹19,999. The phone will be available in two attractive colors: Purple and Prism Black.

Sales will commence on April 25 through Oppo’s official website and the popular e-commerce platform Flipkart, the company announced.
