Transfer of Three Judges from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh High Courts

The Central Government has issued official orders approving the transfer of three judges currently serving in the High Courts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. These transfers have been executed based on recommendations made earlier by the Supreme Court Collegium.

According to the orders, two judges from the Telangana High Court and one judge from the Andhra Pradesh High Court have been transferred to other state High Courts.

Justice K. Surender, who has been serving in the Telangana High Court, has been transferred to the Madras High Court. Another judge from the Telangana High Court, Justice P. Sree Sudha, has been reassigned to the Karnataka High Court.

From the Andhra Pradesh High Court, Justice K. Manmadha Rao has also been transferred to the Karnataka High Court. These decisions follow the earlier recommendations made by the Supreme Court Collegium, and the issuance of official orders marks the formal completion of the transfer process. The transferred judges are expected to assume their new responsibilities shortly.

Additionally, several judges from the Karnataka High Court have also been transferred to other state High Courts. Justice Hemanth Chandan Gowd has been posted to the Madras High Court, Justice Krishnan Natarajan to Kerala, Justice Sanjay Gowd to Gujarat, and Justice Deekshit Sreekrishna Sripad to the Odisha High Court.
