Helicopter Incident: Minister Ponguleti Escapes Unhurt in Nagar Kurnool
Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy narrowly escaped danger on Saturday while en route to Nagar Kurnool district for an awareness conference on the Bhoo Bharati Act–2025. He was traveling in a helicopter along with Member of Parliament Mallu Ravi and Sampath Kumar.
As the helicopter was attempting to land within the premises of the District Collectorate, a bullet was fired as a signal. The fired round struck dry grass on the ground, causing a fire to break out. Police personnel and fire services immediately responded and extinguished the flames.
As a result, Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, along with the accompanying Congress leaders, avoided harm. All those present breathed a sigh of relief following the incident.
