IPL 2025: Rain Halts Play Between RCB and Punjab Kings

Rainfall in Bengaluru has disrupted the Indian Premier League (IPL) match scheduled for today between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Punjab Kings. The M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, which is hosting the game, has become damp due to continuous showers, delaying the toss. As the rain has not yet subsided, the toss is expected to be further postponed. The pitch and the 30-yard circle have been covered to protect them from the rain.

So far in the tournament, Royal Challengers Bengaluru have played six matches, winning four, and are currently placed third on the points table. Punjab Kings have also registered four wins in six matches but are ranked fourth due to a lower net run rate compared to Bengaluru.
