Bhumana Karunakar Reddy Says Political Cases Won’t Stop His Fight for Justice
Bharatiya Janata Party leader and Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) board member Bhanuprakash Reddy recently filed a complaint against YSRCP leader Bhumana Karunakar Reddy. The case was filed under multiple legal sections, alleging that Bhumana Karunakar Reddy spread false information claiming that over 100 cows had died at the TTD cowshed.
In response to the case, Bhumana Karunakar Reddy made public remarks in Tirupati, stating, “It is not just one case; even if 100 such cases are filed against me, I will not be afraid.” He asserted that attempts to instill fear through personal attacks and character assassination are misguided. “If you think such acts will scare me, that is your delusion,” he said.
Bhumana Karunakar Reddy affirmed that he will continue to point out the administration’s mistakes and raise questions in a democratic manner. “Your cases will not deter me from standing on the side of righteousness,” he stated. He further added that he has been engaged in struggles since his student days and would continue to hold authorities accountable for any wrongdoing.
He alleged that the ruling coalition came to power through false promises and claimed that within just ten months, it had lost the trust of the people. “If we fail to question the misdeeds of your governance, that would be a sin,” he remarked. He also said that the people of the state and the Hindu community are observing the political actions carried out in the name of God.
