The Supreme Court held a hearing on Wednesday regarding the Kancha Gachibowli land matter. The bench was headed by Justice B. R. Gavai. During the proceedings, the Court issued strong remarks. The bench warned that if it is found that trees were cut down without official permission, the Chief Secretary and other relevant officials would have to face imprisonment. The Court emphasized that the key issue is whether or not permission had been granted prior to felling the trees.
