The Andhra Pradesh Special Investigation Team (SIT) continued its raids in Hyderabad for a second consecutive day in connection with the alleged liquor scam that reportedly occurred during the tenure of the YSRCP government in Andhra Pradesh.
On Monday, SIT officials conducted searches at the residences and offices of liquor traders in Hyderabad as part of their ongoing investigation. The operation extended to several locations across the city.
On Tuesday afternoon, the SIT carried out a raid at the residence of Meghana Reddy, located in Chitrapuri Colony under the jurisdiction of Rayadurgam. Officials reportedly identified a recent withdrawal of funds from her bank account, which prompted further scrutiny of her financial activities.
