Traffic Curbs in Hyderabad Due to Hanuman Jayanti Rally and IPL Match

On account of Hanuman Jayanti celebrations and an Indian Premier League (IPL) match, traffic restrictions are in effect across Hyderabad today. Vehicular diversions have been implemented in multiple areas of the city to manage the anticipated congestion.

A Hanuman Jayanti rally is being held from the Gowliguda Sri Rama Mandiram to Tadbund. The procession began in the afternoon and is expected to continue until 8:00 PM, covering a distance of approximately 12 kilometres.

Meanwhile, an IPL match is scheduled to take place at 7:30 PM at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Uppal. The match will feature a contest between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Punjab Kings.

In view of these events, traffic police have issued advisories and imposed restrictions to regulate flow and ensure public safety. Commuters are advised to take alternate routes to avoid congestion in the affected areas.
