Ram Gopal Varma Unfazed by Flops, Announces New Horror Film
Tollywood director Ram Gopal Varma, undeterred by consecutive box-office failures, has announced a new project following the poor performance of his latest film Shari. Despite the film's focus on glamour, featuring a lead actress in revealing scenes, audiences largely ignored it. Nevertheless, Ram Gopal Varma remains unfazed and has proceeded to announce another film.
The new movie is titled Police Station Mein Bhoot, a horror film with the tagline: “You cannot kill those who are already dead.” Acclaimed actor Manoj Bajpayee will play the lead role in this project.
Speaking about the film, Ram Gopal Varma stated, “When we are scared, we go to the police. But when the police themselves are scared, where will they run?” He explained that the story revolves around this concept. According to Varma, after a major encounter, a police station transforms into a haunted one. Terrified by gangster ghosts, the police officers begin fleeing in panic.
Ram Gopal Varma appeared highly confident about the film, as evident from his remarks regarding its plot and premise.
