Former Cricketer Kedar Jadhav Joins BJP

Former Indian cricketer Kedar Jadhav has joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He was welcomed into the party during an event held at the BJP office located in Nariman Point, Mumbai. Senior BJP leaders draped a party scarf around Kedar Jadhav and formally inducted him into the party.

On the occasion, Kedar Jadhav first paid tribute to Chhatrapati Shivaji and then spoke, praising the BJP's development-oriented politics under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. He stated that he had joined the BJP to contribute to the development of Maharashtra.

Senior BJP leader Chandrashekhar Bawankule expressed his happiness, stating, “I am very happy today.” He noted that Kedar Jadhav had demonstrated his talent in several fields and added, “We warmly welcome him into the BJP family.”
