TSRTC Staff to Boycott Duties Demanding Manifesto Promises

Employees of the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) have announced their decision to go on strike starting from midnight of May 6. The strike decision was taken by the TSRTC Joint Action Committee (JAC), which has formally issued a strike notice to TSRTC Managing Director Sajjannar and the Commissioner of the Labour Department.

In the notice, the JAC leaders stated that they would boycott duties beginning with the first shift on May 7. They demanded the implementation of the promises made in the Congress party's election manifesto. The notice also highlighted that salaries have not been paid to employees as of the present date.
