Netizens Spot Clues of Rashmika and Vijay Deverakonda’s Alleged Oman Trip
National Crush Rashmika Mandanna celebrated her 29th birthday on April 5 in Oman. She shared photos from the celebrations on Instagram, prompting numerous comments from fans asking, “Where is Vijay Deverakonda?”
Two days later, actor Vijay Deverakonda, popularly known as “Rowdy Boy,” posted several photos on social media. Observant netizens noted that the background in his pictures appeared identical to that of Rashmika Mandanna’s, leading to speculation that the two were together in Oman. Comments soon flooded social media claiming that they had once again been “caught together.”
According to reports, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna did not travel to Oman together. Vijay Deverakonda departed from Mumbai a day before Rashmika Mandanna did. Despite travelling separately, netizens inferred that both had chosen the same destination, reinforcing the assumption that they were together.
Following Rashmika Mandanna’s birthday post, fans repeatedly asked about Vijay Deverakonda’s whereabouts. Subsequently, the actor released images of himself walking along the seashore and horseback riding. The setting appeared to match Rashmika Mandanna’s location, leading fans to believe that the two were indeed spending time together.
Whether Vijay Deverakonda was intentionally hinting at their relationship or was simply coincidentally “caught,” their photos have now gone viral on social media. Neither Vijay Deverakonda nor Rashmika Mandanna has ever publicly confirmed being in a romantic relationship. However, their behavior often gives fans the impression that they are together.
Rumors about their relationship first emerged in January 2023. In a previous interview with “We Are Yuva,” Rashmika Mandanna spoke about her bond with Vijay Deverakonda. She said, “Vijay and I grew up together. So now, in everything I do in my life, he is involved. I always seek his advice in any matter. I need his opinion. He’s not someone who easily says ‘okay’ to things. He always gives a clear perspective — whether it is good or not. Among all the people in my life, he has personally supported me the most. Therefore, I truly respect him as a person.”
On the professional front, Vijay Deverakonda is starring in “Kingdom,” directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, known for films like Jersey and Malli Raava. The teaser for “Kingdom” was released a few days ago and created a sensation, leaving fans excited about a potential pan-India blockbuster.
