Ahmed Basha, Brother of YSRCP Leader Anjad Basha, Arrested at Mumbai Airport
Ahmed Basha, brother of YSRCP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Anjad Basha, was arrested at Mumbai Airport while attempting to travel to Kuwait. Immigration authorities detained him after discovering lookout notices issued in connection with multiple cases registered in Kadapa.
Sources indicate that Ahmed Basha was apprehended due to a case related to an alleged attack concerning a land dispute in Vinayaka Nagar, Kadapa. In addition to the land dispute case, charges were also filed against him for allegedly abusing Kadapa Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Madhavireddy and Srinivas Reddy.
Following his detention, Ahmed Basha was handed over to the Kadapa Police. He has been brought to Kadapa, where he will be produced in court.
