Ananta TDP brothers fight at party meet, five injured

Anantapuram, March 29, 2015: Exposing the undercurrent internal bickerings to the hilt, the TDP groups in the Anantapuram district fought on Sunday here like street groups throwing chairs, tables against each other. The ugly fight took place at a meeting got up by the party to celebrate its 34th Formation Day. Mayor Swarupa and MLA Prabhakar Choudary and their supporters tried to grab whatever was available and within their reach to throw at others. Five persons were injured in the big fight and were rushed to hospital immediately. Both groups launched police complaints against each other later.
