Posani Krishna Murali Files Lunch Motion Petition in High Court

In a significant legal development, actor Posani Krishna Murali has challenged a PT (Prisoner Transit) warrant issued by the CID police in the Andhra Pradesh High Court. On behalf of Posani Krishna Murali, YSRCP State Legal Affairs Secretary and former Additional Advocate General (AAG) Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy filed a lunch motion petition in the High Court. The court has accepted the petition for hearing, and proceedings are set to resume after the lunch break.

Multiple police stations had registered cases against Posani Krishna Murali based on allegations that he made objectionable remarks against Pawan Kalyan and Nara Lokesh. As a result, the courts had remanded him in all these cases. However, he was granted bail in each instance. Just as his release from jail was anticipated, a new development occurred when the Guntur CID police issued a PT warrant, preventing his release.

In response, Posani Krishna Murali has approached the High Court, challenging the PT warrant through the lunch motion petition.
