AP Government Revokes Land Allocation to Hayagriva Company

The Andhra Pradesh government has made a key decision regarding land allocation to Hayagriva Farms and Developers in Visakhapatnam. The government has issued an order canceling the 12.41 acres of land that was previously allocated to the company. This decision was taken after it was found that the company had violated regulations.

The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) has instructed the district collector to take immediate steps to reclaim the land. The land was originally allocated to Hayagriva Farms and Developers in 2008 for the construction of cottages for the elderly and orphans. However, with no progress made on the project for the past 15 years, the government decided to revoke the allocation.
