Police Issue 41A Notices to Kodali Nani’s Close Aides in Gudivada

Gudivada police have issued 41A CrPC notices to key associates of YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leader and former minister Kodali Nani. The individuals who received the notices include Dukkipati Shashibhushan, Gorla Srinu, and Paladugu Ramprasad.

The notices were issued in connection with two cases: one related to a liquor warehouse issue and another involving allegations of forcing volunteers to resign. Additionally, cases have been registered at the Gudivada police station against Kodali Nani, former Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation MD Vasudeva Reddy, and former Joint Collector Madhavilatha Reddy.

The Andhra Pradesh High Court had earlier directed that 41A CrPC notices be issued to the accused and an investigation be conducted. Following these instructions, Gudivada police have now served the notices to Kodali Nani’s associates.
