AP Government Announces Age Relaxation for Job Seekers, but with a Deadline

The Andhra Pradesh government, under the leadership of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, has announced an increase in the upper age limit for job seekers in the state. This decision comes as a relief to unemployed individuals aspiring for government positions.

According to the government’s announcement, the upper age limit for non-uniformed jobs has been raised from 34 years to 42 years. Similarly, for uniformed jobs, the existing age limit has been extended by two years.

However, the Andhra Pradesh government has clarified that this relaxation will only be applicable to recruitments conducted before September this year.
