Two Accused Surrender in Gannavaram TDP Office Attack Case

The investigation into the attack on the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) office in Gannavaram is progressing intensively. In a significant development, two accused individuals have surrendered to the police. Among the 88 accused in the case, two individuals, identified as Jani and Kalam, surrendered before the Gannavaram police today.

The attack on the TDP office in Gannavaram took place in 2023 when the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) was in power. At that time, the investigation into the incident did not progress significantly. However, after the coalition government came to power, the case was reopened.

Notably, former MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi, listed as Accused 71 (A71) in this case, was arrested a few days ago in connection with a separate kidnapping case.
